Tool design & manufacture
We develop and manufacture tools to the highest specifications. Only perfect tools can deliver perfect parts. And so it goes without saying that we guarantee precision in our own toolmaking. In an 800 m² work space, our 30 highly qualified staff use the latest CNC machines to ensure perfection as they turn your design data into reality. Three CAD stations are available for product development and tool design.

Manufacturing new tools
We are able to manufacture highly complex tools in a variety of sizes: from high-precision small tools to large-scale tools weighing 10 tonnes. Our toolmaking workshop uses single-component and two-component processes to manufacture tools and devices.
Modifications and repairs
Our toolmaking workshop can rapidly modify customers’ own or third-party tools on request. We also provide rapid repairs to address wear and tear.

All tools need care and maintenance. Your tools are in good hands with us: We offer a regular and professional maintenance service. The result is a longer lifespan, consistently reliable product quality, and the highest levels of precision.
